First Steps Into the Game for Ages 5–6

First Touch is a fun and welcoming starting point in soccer for players ages 5–6. Across the season, children build comfort with the ball through age-appropriate themed games that encourage movement, coordination, confidence, and joyful early connections with the game.

FIRST TOUCH DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM

First Touch is a starting point in soccer for players ages 5–6 years old. Our First Touch players will learn age-

appropriate activities to develop a love for the ball through training and games.

Each session will use themed games to promote movement education, physical coordination, and positive

relationships.

Each season follows the same 7 practices and 7 games structure (Mondays = training, Fridays = games). There is no training on national holidays. Winter break: December

21 – January 2. Spring break: March 16 – 20.
