ADP · Ages 6 to 12Two youth soccer programs designed to introduce and develop young players. First Touch is the starting point for ages 5 and 6, focused on fun and fundamentals. Advanced Development (ADP) takes players U7 to U12 further with in-house league play and station based training; a middle ground between recreational leagues and travel soccer.

2026 Fall 2 Advanced Development Program
Two practices a week plus Friday game night at Cypress Park, in an age appropriate environment built on touches, creative thinking and a love for the game.

About the Program
Advanced Development Program (ADP)
You do not need to be affiliated with Springs Soccer Club to attend.
The Advanced Development program provides players with fundamental skill development through fun yet competitive training and an in-house league. A middle ground between recreational leagues and travel soccer, ADP offers a professional learning environment with reduced intensity and time commitment compared to traditional travel teams.
Practice Sessions
- Players are broken into groups and pools, then trained at different stations
- Stations focus on higher level skills: ball control, touches, passing, dribbling
- Simple fitness woven in, all in a fun, age appropriate set up
- Monday and Wednesday, 6:00 to 7:00 pm at Cypress Park
Games
- All games played Friday evenings at Cypress Park (includes City of Coral Springs RFP compliance fee)
- Matches further player development under professional staff direction
- You will be emailed the day before with your player's field assignment
- Players divided into teams on small sided fields; there is no goalkeeper

Field 5 at Cypress Park is split into six grids, 5A through 5F. Monday and Wednesday training and Friday game night all run on these grids. Your coach confirms your grid each week.
