National League (N1)
The top team-based competition in US Club Soccer and US Youth Soccer — a unified national platform integrated with the ECNL pathway, launching for the 2026–27 season.
PROGRAM OVERVIEW
A NEW NATIONAL PLATFORM
Beginning with the 2026–27 season, the National 1 League (N1) brings together US Club Soccer's National Premier Leagues and US Youth Soccer's National League into a single top team-based competition — serving roughly 10,000 teams and more than 150,000 players nationwide.
N1 is built around a district-based conference structure designed to reduce travel for families while raising the level of competition. It sits above local and state play and connects directly into the ECNL pathway, with a postseason culminating at the ECNL Conference League Playoffs.
For Springs SC players, N1 offers meaningful, high-level matches closer to home, greater clarity in the competitive pathway, and increased access to college coaches through ECNL integration.
WHY N1 MATTERS
● Top team-based US Club / USYS competition
● District-based structure — less travel
● Integrated with the ECNL pathway
● Postseason via ECNL Conference League Playoffs
● Promotion opportunity to ECNL Regional League
● Increased college-coach access
