GIRLS ACADEMY
The national Girls Academy platform. ASPIRE status puts every Springs showcase in front of college coaches across D1, D2, D3, NAIA and junior college programs
PROGRAM OVERVIEW
ASPIRE CHANGES THE CEILING
With ASPIRE status awarded, the Springs Girls Academy enters an elite platform where players are identified and scouted by college and national-team programs. Before Aspire, Springs girls competed in NPL — a third-tier platform with limited scout presence. Now every showcase is a recruiting event.
The program is built on four pillars — Scouting, Methodology, Competition and Pathway — and on the Collective Development Model: one cohesive club identity from U12 to U19, where principles, vocabulary and tactical logic stay the same and only the complexity scales.

QUESTIONS
GA ASPIRE FAQS
What is the time commitment?
Four training sessions per week plus matches, across the fall and spring seasons. Teams play 16–20 competitive games and attend 4–5
showcase events. Training is at Cypress Park.
How do evaluations and team placement work?
Register for an evaluation through the club. Players are seen by the coaching staff and directors, and placement is confirmed by team
offer through PlayMetrics. A $25 payment accepts the team position within 24–48 hours of the offer. Questions about placement go to your
coach or the program director.
Is travel required?
Yes. Girls Academy showcases run across Florida and include national-level events such as the Albion Cup, where college programs
scout. Travel, lodging and tournament entry are additional to the club fee.
What does the fee include, and are payment plans available?
The club fee is $3,200 for girls U13–U19 Elite. It covers coaching and training, game day operations, registration and insurance, league
fees, team equipment and PlayMetrics. Payment plans are available for every team. Tournaments, uniforms, coach travel and college ID
clinics are additional, and the team fee is estimated at $1,500.
What is the refund and withdrawal policy?
Refer to the refund policy signed during registration. Any specific questions can go to [email protected].
