What happens if my player gets injured?
Notify your coach and the club immediately. Follow the concussion/injury protocol, and use the insurance claim form
if needed. Return-to-play requires clearance per the protocol.
Can I get a refund if my player withdraws?
Refunds depend on timing relative to the season cutoff dates outlined in the refund policy. Add the club's specific

Where do I find required documents for registration?
All required documents (birth certificate, photo, etc.) are uploaded through PlayMetrics during registration. Add the
