It is imperative that our community is aware of the information below and follow these protocols so that we can all do our part in providing the safest possible environment at each SSC training facility. 

If your player has been exposed to an infected person or has tested positive for COVID-19, we ask that you please report this directly to SSC as soon as reasonably possible. If you are currently quarantining due to exposure or confirmed diagnosis and will SSC team training, please fill out the appropriate report. We assure you that your privacy will be protected and your medical information will remain confidential.
